Acceptable use policy

This policy protects communications networks, customers and end users from unlawful or abusive traffic.

Effective: 2026-08-09

Prohibited activity

Services may not be used for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, malicious automation, spam, credential theft, network attacks or traffic intended to evade carrier controls.

Calling and messaging

Customers must obtain required consent, honor opt-out requests, present authorized caller identity and comply with applicable calling, messaging and recording laws.

Security and cooperation

Customers must protect credentials, investigate reported abuse and provide accurate traffic or end-user information when reasonably required for compliance.

Enforcement

cAIl may restrict or suspend traffic that threatens network integrity, violates law or creates material risk, while following contractual notice requirements where practicable.
