Connection paths

Three ways to plug in

AI voice agents

Your agent or SBC terminates to the PSTN over SIP on our direct interconnect, with Opus/u-law/a-law over IP or VPN (e.g. ElevenLabs, Vapi, LiveKit, Retell).

SIP over IP or VPN

Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, 3CX or RFC 3261: SIP/TLS peering :5061 over IP or VPN, SRTP and per-market CLI.

SMS in your backend

SMS on your DIDs via SMPP or REST — OTP, bulk campaigns, notifications and 2-way where enabled.
